Active Partners, Not Only Beneficiaries of the Educational Services

At the “Vasile Goldiş” Western University of Arad, the students are not only beneficiaries of the educational services, but they are also active partners in the students’ academic quality management.

According to “Student’s Status” and to the “Regulations on Students’ Election and Their Revoking from Representative Positions”, the students have voting rights in the faculties Councils and in the University Senate, with a representation quota of 25%.

The legally established students’ bodies are:

• THE “VASILE GOLDIŞ” STUDENTS’ ORGANIZATION (Civil Ruling no. 29/January 30, 1998);
• THE STUDENTS’ CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL (with own Regulations for Organization and Functioning).
