What the Registrar’s Office does for you
The university Registrar’s Office is the administrative backbone of your academic life. It is not just a counter—it is the structure that manages your file from enrolment, validates your student ID booklet each year, issues certificates, transcripts and, in the end, the diploma that attests to everything you have achieved during your years of study. At UVVG, each faculty has its own Registrar’s Office, with staff dedicated exclusively to the students of that faculty. This means you are not an anonymous request in a long queue—you are a known student, with a well-managed file and a consistent point of contact throughout your studies.
Registrar’s Office services cover: enrolment and re-enrolment, annual registration, management of study contracts, organisation of admission and graduation examinations, issuance of certificates and duplicates, archiving of official documents, and communication with ministry structures regarding your academic status.
