UVVG — Academic Structure

University
Departments

UVVG departments coordinate cross-cutting academic activities — from quality assurance and teacher training to master’s studies, international relations, and distance education.

University departments

University departments operate transversally across faculties and coordinate strategic areas of academic life. Each department has its own leadership, specific objectives, and reports directly to the UVVG Senate and Rectorate.

Institutional quality

Department for Quality Assurance

Coordinates internal evaluation, accreditation procedures, and implementation of academic quality standards across the entire university.

Academic flexibility

Distance Learning Department

Coordinates distance learning study programs — for students who combine studies with professional activity or who cannot commute to campus daily.

Master’s studies

Department of Master’s Studies (IOSUM)

Institution for the Organization and Supervision of Master’s University — coordinates master’s programs and advanced university studies within UVVG.

Teacher training

Department for Teacher Training

Provides initial and continuing training for future teaching staff through Level I and Level II psycho-pedagogical modules recognized by the Ministry of Education.

Global partnerships

Department of International Relations

Coordinates Erasmus+ mobility, partnerships with universities in Europe and worldwide, and UVVG’s international collaboration agreements.
