The Board of Administration ensures the operational management of the University, having exclusive decision-making powers regarding the University’s assets, together with all related rights, as well as organizational, regulatory, economic-financial, training, and resource allocation powers based on priorities, in order to fulfill the mission undertaken by the University.
The Board of Administration consists of 9–13 members, appointed by the “Vasile Goldiș” University Foundation of Arad, as founder of the University, under the conditions provided by Article 135(8) of Higher Education Law no. 199/2023, with subsequent amendments and additions.
