Why choose to study Business Administration?

Administering a business means understanding how an organization functions as a whole—from its relationship with the market and customers to financial decisions, people management, and internal processes. The Business Administration program at UVVG Arad trains you to think systemically and act effectively, whether you work in a private company, a public institution, or build your own business.

During the three years of study, you acquire concrete tools for analyzing the business environment, human resource management, operational activity administration, and data-driven decision-making. The courses combine economic fundamentals with practical applications—case studies, team projects, and internships in companies from Arad and the region.
