The mission of the Education Management program is professionalization in the field through the development of a functional system of specific knowledge, competencies, and skills, as well as a set of attitudes that allow for effective adaptation to changes in pre-university and university education. The program trains competitive specialists for the national and international labor market, capable of designing, organizing, leading, and evaluating school institutions.
