The mission of the Educational Management programme is to professionalise the field by developing a functional system of specific knowledge, competencies, and skills, as well as a set of attitudes that enable effective adaptation to changes in pre-university and university education. The programme trains specialists who are competitive on the national and international labour market, capable of designing, organising, leading, and evaluating educational institutions.

  • Management of the school organization and student groups/classes — design, coordination, and evaluation at an institutional level

  • Design, implementation, and evaluation of teaching activity and curricular documents — in accordance with current standards

  • Conducting educational research and utilizing the results in school or university practice

  • Management of study programs and educational projects — from conception to implementation and monitoring
