ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
What is FEDE?
The Federation for Education in Europe (FEDE) is an international non-governmental organization with participatory status in the Council of Europe, present in 39 countries. With over 50 years of experience and a network of nearly 500 higher education and professional training institutions, FEDE promotes a modern education model oriented toward the real demands of the labor market.
The President of FEDE is also the President of the Education and Culture Commission within the Council of Europe—a position that gives the organization direct influence in the architecture of the European higher education area.

FEDE AND EUROPE
The organization’s objectives
FEDE brings together hundreds of independent higher education institutions from Council of Europe member countries and actively contributes to building a common European university area through unique programs and standardized examinations for all member schools.
EUROPEAN CERTIFICATES
What can you obtain through FEDE at UVVG?
Through the university’s FEDE Department, UVVG students have access to preparation for two types of internationally recognized European certificates.
Language proficiency certificates for French have been recognized by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research since 2019. They can be obtained exclusively at UVVG and are included in the list of certificates accredited by the Francophonie Institute for Education and Training.

FEDE offers over 120 different diplomas structured in 12 programs of excellence, developed by and for experts in their respective fields. These diplomas are recognized throughout the FEDE network—500 institutions in 39 countries—and represent a real advantage for an international career.
