Why choose to study Law?

The Law program in Baia Mare offers you the same solid legal training as in Arad — the same curriculum, the same academic standards, the same degree recognized in Romania and the European Union. The difference is that you study at home, in your community, without relocation costs and without breaking ties with those around you.

Over four years, you will cover the fundamentals of law — civil law, criminal law, constitutional law, administrative law, commercial law, international law — complemented by procedural disciplines and judicial practice. Internships take place in law firms, courts, and public institutions in Baia Mare and Maramureș County.

Upon graduation, you are qualified to pursue entry-level professional stages — bar, notary, magistracy — or to directly access the job market in public administration, companies, financial institutions, and international organizations.
