Why choose to study Law?

Law is not about memorizing legal articles. It is about understanding why a rule exists, when it applies, and how to argue it before a judge, a client, or a board of directors. The Law program at UVVG Arad trains you to think like a lawyer—from the first year, in small groups, with professors who know you by name and track your progress.

Over the four years of study, you cover the foundations of law—civil law, criminal law, constitutional law, administrative law, commercial law, international law—complemented by procedural subjects and judicial practice. The curriculum includes internships in law firms, courts, and public institutions in Arad and the surrounding region.

Upon graduation, you are qualified to pursue entry traineeships for the profession—the Bar, notarial profession, judiciary—or to enter the labor market directly in public administration, companies, financial institutions, and international organizations. You can continue with a specialized master’s degree within the same faculty.
