Why choose to study Medicine?

Medicine is not a job — it is an identity. You choose to be the person others turn to in their most vulnerable moments. This responsibility is built over six years of intensive training, where science and clinical practice intertwine every day.

At the Faculty of Medicine of UVVG, the tradition of training doctors dates back to 1992. You study in small groups, which means professors monitor your actual progress. You access partner hospitals and clinics in Arad from the first years of study — practice does not come at the end, it comes from the beginning.

The diploma you obtain is internationally recognized, which opens access to a career anywhere in the world. The six years cover biomedical foundations, complete clinical disciplines — internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics-gynecology, psychiatry — and practical hospital internships under appropriate supervision. At the end: the graduation exam, residency, and a career without geographical boundaries.
