LAW

The Master’s degree programme Institutions of Civil Law and Civil Procedure has as its mission to deepen the study of the institutions of civil law, civil procedure, family law and, last but not least, private international law, both in theory and practice. The very varied and rich case law in the field, the solutions given by the courts often contradictory for reasons of interpretation, require a more in-depth approach to case law. In response to these needs, the legislation is also undergoing changes designed to respond to the problems raised in practice on the one hand and, on the other, to those arising as an inevitable effect of Romania’s accession to the European Union. The fields covered in this Master’s degree are aimed both at the scientific research dimension, the training of theoretical skills in the analysis of legal norms, and a practical-applicative dimension.
