The Bachelor of Economics, Tourism and Services, from the fundamental field of Economic Sciences, undergraduate degree in Business Administration, aims to train high quality specialists able to analyze and think critically about business issues, to solve relevant problems and to develop effective decisions for the proper functioning of private companies and institutions in the Romanian and European economic system.
The general objective of the programme is to train cognitive skills and abilities in the field of Business Administration, specialising in the Economics of Commerce, Tourism and Services, which will provide students with the possibility of professional involvement in analysing situations and making decisions, both for the efficient development of economic activities and for the development of new businesses and poles of technological and economic development.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- to provide students with advanced knowledge and build skills specific to business management in a global context;
- to develop critical and analytical skills in relation to the management of mixed and multinational enterprises;
- to develop students’ skills to develop interpersonal and international relationships;
- to assist and guide students both in developing their ability to study individually and to work in teams;
- to provide a set of disciplines that provide students with the knowledge necessary to make optimal economic decisions taking into account the set of regulations in the economic environment;
- to improve graduates’ ability to assist local, regional and national institutions in identifying the best trade-offs between regional economic development and firm development;
- to develop projects, to be involved in research; it is also intended to encourage students to become involved in research projects for students which will give them the opportunity to develop a career in multinational firms;
- to provide training that will enable graduates to develop further Masters studies in the field.
